“My favorite thing about being employed by Creative Multicare is the availability for growth within the company. When I started with the company, I had extremely little to no knowledge of carpet cleaning. During the paid training, I learned the procedures and skills necessary to clean and repair carpet. After a couple years of being a technician, a managerial position in dispatched opened, and I was asked if I would be interested in that position. During my time as a dispatcher, Creative helped me grow as a manager, but also assisted in my growth of knowledge for all of the services we provide in the multifamily industry.
